Once the work has started in your home, there are no refunds. However, if the work has yet to be perfomed, customer may cancel anytime by sending us a text, phone call or by using our except for the date of service.
If customer cancels service appointment on the same day the service is to be performed, there is a cancellation charge of 50% of the quoted service fee.
Once our service tech arrives and discusses with customer work to be performed and fees, payment for service must be paid on the same day of service, prior to the work being done.
Payments can be made via Zelle, PayPal or Venmo.
